Turkey & Black Bean Chili
Ingredients
- 1 lb
lean ground turkey
- 1
onion, diced
- 2
garlic cloves, minced
- 1
can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed & drained
- 1
can (15 oz) diced tomatoes, no salt added
- 1 tbsp
chili powder
- 1 tsp
cumin
- 1/2 tsp
smoked paprika
- 2 cups
low-sodium chicken broth
Directions
In large pot, brown turkey with onion and garlic. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in beans, tomatoes, broth, and spices.
Simmer 25–30 minutes over medium-low heat.
