Ingredients

  • 1 lb

    lean ground turkey

  • 1

    onion, diced

  • 2

    garlic cloves, minced

  • 1

    can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed & drained

  • 1

    can (15 oz) diced tomatoes, no salt added

  • 1 tbsp

    chili powder

  • 1 tsp

    cumin

  • 1/2 tsp

     smoked paprika

  • 2 cups

    low-sodium chicken broth

Directions

  • In large pot, brown turkey with onion and garlic. Drain any excess fat.

  • Stir in beans, tomatoes, broth, and spices.

  • Simmer 25–30 minutes over medium-low heat.
