Grilled Salmon with Lemon & Dill
Ingredients
- 4
salmon fillets (4–6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp
olive oil
- 2 tbsp
lemon juice
- 2 tbsp
fresh dill, chopped
- 2
garlic cloves, minced
black pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat grill (or oven broiler).
Mix olive oil, lemon juice, dill, and garlic.
Brush mixture over salmon.
Grill skin-side down 6–8 minutes, until fish flakes easily.
