Grilled Salmon with Lemon & Dill

Ingredients

  • 4

    salmon fillets (4–6 oz each)

  • 2 tbsp

    olive oil

  • 2 tbsp

    lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp

    fresh dill, chopped

  • 2

    garlic cloves, minced

  • black pepper to taste

Directions

  • Preheat grill (or oven broiler).

  • Mix olive oil, lemon juice, dill, and garlic.

  • Brush mixture over salmon.

  • Grill skin-side down 6–8 minutes, until fish flakes easily.
