Berry Yogurt Parfait
Ingredients
- 2 cups
plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup
strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup
blueberries
- 1/2 cup
low-sugar granola or rolled oats
- 1 tsp
honey (optional)
Directions
In serving glasses, layer yogurt, berries, and granola.
Repeat layers until full.
Drizzle with honey if desired.
