About: Our Chattanooga office is conveniently located off of I-75 at the Shallowford Road exit. We are on the first floor, with easy access and plenty of parking. The Chattanooga office hosts a complete vascular medical and surgical practice, diagnostic ultrasound testing, as well as our first outpatient surgical facility. Hotel accommodations and restaurants are within walking distance, and available for those traveling distances to see us.
