Ashleigh Cates graduated from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with her Master of Science in Nursing degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2019. She joined VIC in the spring of 2019. Prior to graduation, she gained experience as an outpatient wound care nurse where she developed her love for wound care. She is dual-certified as a wound care provider. Ashleigh is a Certified Wound Specialist with the American Board of Wound Management, as well as a Certified Wound Care Nurse with the Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nursing Certification.
